FLOTEL

Floating hotel - Accommodation barge

The Flotel is a hotel set along rivers or by port areas in order to lodge employees working in the offshore oil and mining industries.

The Flotel offers up to 100 furnished single cabins, with enough space to add an extra bed in order to double its occupancy, if needed. With three (3) accommodation levels, each level having toilets, showers and washing facilities.

The flotel is fully equipped with a kitchen, walk-in fridges and freezers, storage, first-aid room, dry store, recreation, playroom and a cafeteria able to service all on board at one time.

The flotel has its own generator sufficient for lighting, heating and cooling. A fuel tank, a fresh water tank, foul water tanks, sewage system, as well as fire-fighting pumps.
